Bishop Law Firm Educational Scholarship
The Bishop Law Firm understands how important it is to get an education. We also recognize how expensive it can be. Parents (and often the students themselves) have to pay upfront for housing, books, tuition, and meals. Some people have to work nights or attend school at night after work to afford college.
Most college expenses are paid for with loans that must be repaid after the student graduates. To help students cover some of this cost, we offer a $1,000 scholarship per year to an individual who is attending or planning to attend an accredited college or graduate school in the United States soon.
About The Bishop Law Firm
Bishop Law Firm was founded in 2013 by Kimberly D. Bishop. Attorney Bishop funded her education by working part-time, with grants, scholarships, and student loans. From 2013 to 2017, Bishop Law Firm represented Social Security Disability clients only.
In 2017, the firm added the practice areas of Personal Injury (Auto Accidents, General Liability, and Hospital Malpractice) and Workers’ Compensation. Bishop Law Firm represents clients in Chapel Hill, Durham, Fayetteville, Louisburg, Raleigh, Roanoke Rapids, Rocky Mount, Smithfield, Wilson, and surrounding areas in North Carolina. We also represent Spanish speakers (Attorneys in North Carolina).
*UPDATE: August 19, 2024: We are pleased to announce that Brittany Wilson has won the 2024 scholarship. Brittany attends Fairleigh Dickinson University. Please join us in congratulating her.
